Delta sold the famous splayed-leg open steel tool stand for almost all of their Homecraft and heavy duty tool lines including stands for their jointers, band saws, disc sander, belt sanders, scroll saws, and more. In addition to the step-up casters that made it easy to roll around the shop, Delta also provided the caster and rubber feet sets listed below.
Older Delta tool stands utilized welded construction. These were very sturdy heavy duty tool stands. More recent models included 4 legs, a top, and sometimes a lower shelf that were bolted together with two bolts at each joint. These were also sturdy heavy duty stands but they could be disassembled and shipped easily.
Splayed Leg Steel Stands are characterized by the splayed foot at the bottom of each leg.

Step Up Casters for Splayed Leg Tool Stands
Caster for Portable Units No. 351
Attachment consists of two clamps, attached to the upper shelf of the stand, two front-leg pads, two casters for rear legs and two lengths of cadmium-plated pipe with a coupling. The pipe is inserted through the clamps and the whole machine tipped onto the casters for moving. Model No. 351. Shipping weight was 13 lbs.
Rubber Feet for Delta Open Steel Stands No. 353
These feet for steel stands and bench legs made machines run smoother and quieter, and advantage where noise must be kept to the minimum. they are of the correct composition to stand hard usage while having enough flexibility to absorb slight vibrations. Supplied with metal plates to fit in the recesses of Delta Open Steel Stands and drilled and tapped for machine screws inserted from the top of the feet. Model No. 353.
