This looks like a really nice Delta Homecraft Drill Press. There is an owner added switch at the top of the quill area that is not original, however, I’m sure that could be modified to the original specs. There doesn’t seem to be much rust on the unit, the table looks to be in good condition and the Homecraft badge seems to be in excellent shape.
It looks like all of the parts are there and paint appears to be in very good condition.

They just don’t make tools like that anymore and no one is going to be restoring woodworking tools purchased at big box stores fifty years from now.
