Atlas 10″ table saw restored to EXCELLENT working condition.

Here is a list of what was completed:
1. Completely stripped it down and re-painted.
2. New electrical components. Standard 110v.
3. Inspected the bearings, they are like new
4. Stripped and repainted the stand
5. New hardware (bolts, etc)
6. Re-ground table.
7. Stripped and rebuilt motor (video)
8. Completely serviced and lubed
9. Everything works as new.
10. Nice HEAVY DUTY stand
Why buy some made in China, pot metal saw with a “universal” motor, that is lucky to last a year when you can own a heavy duty,
Made in USA, induction motor, cast iron machine that will last a lifetime and then some… at a lower price???

Looks like a really nice restoration of this Atlas Model 3060 Table Saw. Take a look at the video of the restoration. Seems like a great price for this quality tool!… way better than what you get new at the big box stores.

I’m a former woodshop teacher, cabinet and furniture maker, and avid tool collector. I’ve been collecting antique woodworking tools and restoring old Craftsman and Delta machines for almost forty years. I love the quality of the old Delta, Craftsman, Walker Turner, and other woodworking machinery from the 1940s through the ’70s. They just don’t make tools like that anymore and no one is going to be restoring woodworking tools purchased at big box stores fifty years from now.
